Development first. Player-centred. Standards-driven.

Based in Victoria, British Columbia, WIA is a full member of the Lower Island Soccer Association, delivering programs from U3 and up.

Our programs meet Canada Soccer standards and are intentionally designed to create environments that prioritize technical development while shaping intelligent, creative players who understand the game and play with purpose.

WIA PLAYER PATHWAY

At WIA, every decision begins with one question:
What environment best supports this player right now?

Player development is not linear, and every player progresses at their own pace. Placement decisions are based on each player’s individual needs and stage of development, ensuring they are challenged, supported, and positioned to continue growing both on and off the field.
